Brighton & Hove City Council Benefit Landlord Portal

The Housing Benefit Landlord Portal is now live.

From 30 May 2023 we are sending out login details to those who have already registered for the portal. We will send you 2 emails, the first with your username and the second will contain your password. Please check your spam folder for these emails if you do not receive anything in your inbox. Please make sure that you add our email address to your address book or safe senders list to prevent future emails going into spam.

If you are yet to sign up to the Benefit Landlord Portal please return to the previous page and complete our short registration form by clicking on the 'Register for the landlord portal' button. Once you have completed this form we will send you your login details within 5 working days.
Where can I find my username?
We will have sent you an email containing your username which will be in the format NAME@BRIHV If this is the very first time you are logging into the Landlord Portal, please use the link that was sent to you in your welcome email. If you have not received this email, please check your SPAM/Junk mailbox before contacting us.
Where can I find my password?
If this is the very first time you are logging into the Landlord Portal, please use the link that was sent to you in your welcome email. If you have not received this email, please check your SPAM/Junk mailbox before contacting us. Your password must: - Be at least 12 characters long - Contain at least; 1 number, 1 upper case letter and 1 lower case letter. - It must also contain at least 1 special character such as +, $, @
